SimVis Gekko is backed by science
The Sim+Vis Technology™ was developed at the Visual Optics and Biophotonics Lab of the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC), a worldwide recognized research institution, and 2EyesVision has licensed the patents with global exclusivity. Several scientific papers have been published about the technology supporting the accuracy, reliability and capabilities of the visual simulator. The clinical application and validation of the visual simulator have also been well established.
SimVis Gekko has demonstrated to be capable of supporting clinical decisions for prescribing multifocal solutions. It is expected to generate increased interest from the scientific community in the coming years, leading to new research avenues and providing evidence in other areas.
