Subjective feedback of patients and clinicians is very useful to demonstrate the integration of a visual simulator into the clinical workflow.
Results from a clinical study1 that included presbyopic subjects with some degree of cataract opacification who used SimVis Gekko preoperatively, showed that ALL participants (15 out of 15) thought it was helpful to have the opportunity to experiencing how their vision would be after surgery.
Clinicians recommend the use of SimVis Gekko to their colleagues. It allows them to screen-in and screen-out presbyopia corrections surgery patients.
