The program provides financial support to startups and SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) that are developing innovative projects with significant technological potential.

The NEOTEC grant is a non-refundable financial aid that can cover up to 70% of eligible project costs, with a maximum grant amount of 250,000 euros per project. The funding can be used to cover expenses related to research and development, personnel costs, intellectual property, and other eligible costs. To be eligible for the NEOTEC grant, companies must meet certain criteria, such as being registered in Spain, having a business plan that demonstrates high technological potential, and having a majority stake owned by individuals, rather than companies or public entities.
