Se presenta un nuevo m\u00e9todo para evaluar el perfil temporal de una lente sintonizable en la simulaci\u00f3n de diferentes lentes intraoculares multifocales (LIO-Ms). El m\u00e9todo propuesto implica el ajuste caracter\u00edstico de la calidad \u00f3ptica en foco cruzado (TF) del componente multifocal de una LIO-M dada a una combinaci\u00f3n lineal de calidad \u00f3ptica TF de lentes monofocales viables con una lente sintonizable. Se prueban tres tipos diferentes de dise\u00f1os de LIO-M: segmentada refractiva, difractiva y refractiva de profundidad de foco extendida. La m\u00e9trica utilizada para la evaluaci\u00f3n \u00f3ptica del perfil temporal es la relaci\u00f3n de Strehl Visual (SV). Se demuestra que los perfiles temporales generados con la relaci\u00f3n SV como m\u00e9trica en SimVis dieron como resultado una relaci\u00f3n SV TF e im\u00e1genes simuladas TF que coincid\u00edan estrechamente con la relaci\u00f3n SV TF y las im\u00e1genes simuladas TF predichas con la LIO-M.
