Evaluamos este equilibrio para LIOs bifocales simuladas con diferentes distribuciones de energ\u00eda y adiciones utilizando SimVis Gekko bajo diferentes condiciones de adaptaci\u00f3n. Presentar correcciones multifocales tras una adaptaci\u00f3n al desenfoque con una transici\u00f3n brusca de al menos 5 s mejora la aceptaci\u00f3n. Las transiciones suaves hacia la multifocalidad de al menos 5 s tambi\u00e9n mejoran la aceptaci\u00f3n, independientemente de la adaptaci\u00f3n previa. Las correcciones con adiciones bajas muestran mayor degradaci\u00f3n visual en lejos sin un beneficio equivalente en cerca.
