El Simulador de Visi\u00f3n Simult\u00e1nea fue desarrollado en el Laboratorio VioBio, en el marco de varios proyectos, entre ellos la beca ERC Proof of Concept SimVisSim, y est\u00e1 protegido por 4 patentes.
