Madrid, September 4th 2019—2Eyes Vision is proud to announce that we have received CE Mark approval for the SimVis technology. SimVis is the result of more that 9 years of research and development and is the first technology that allows patients to experience the real world through the different corrections available for presbyopia and cataract before treatment.
The approval is based on security and electromagnetic compatibility tests carried out in the prestigious independent laboratory SGS Tecnos, S.A. After obtaining regulatory permissions, SimVis was showcased at the European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery (ESCRS), that took place in Paris between the 14th and the 17th of September 2019 and will be commercially available in 2020 upon completion of clinical studies.
